A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated and experienced Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a culturally respectful, community-based clinical setting. We’re seeking someone passionate about patient wellness and professional excellence.


Position Summary

  • Diagnose, treat, and prevent oral health issues for patients of all ages

  • Deliver ethical, high-quality care consistent with current standards and regulations

  • Create a welcoming “dental home” and foster long-term relationships with patients

  • Support public health and community wellness initiatives


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care in alignment with IHS, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical standards

  • Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures

  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement processes

  • Support administrative functions like lab coordination, scheduling, and billing

  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, peer review, and continuing education

  • Respond to in-office medical emergencies and assist in broader disaster response efforts

  • Promote customer service, third-party billing, and community outreach


Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 3 consecutive years of clinical experience as a General Dentist

  • Valid and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in California

  • Active DEA license and current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification

  • Current California driver’s license and clean driving record

  • U.S. work eligibility and ability to pass background check, physical, TB test, and drug screening


Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • Experience with dental office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dentrix)

  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle dental and general medical emergencies confidently

  • Familiarity with OSHA, IHS, and dental quality assurance standards

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for continuing education or community events


Work Environment

  • Clinical setting with direct patient care and routine use of dental instruments and computers

  • Some exposure to bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and infectious materials

  • Physical demands include extended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and using fine motor skills
