Yes. Arc Health and its Native-owned joint venture, NativeArc, staff Indian Health Service facilities, tribally operated (638) facilities, critical access hospitals, rural clinics, and long-term care settings, and understand the credentialing and compliance requirements unique to federal and tribal sites.

How quickly can Arc Health fill a position?

It depends on the role and credentialing, but Arc Health regularly provides fast coverage, including stepping in on short notice. One clinic facing a seven-day notice of resignation from its medical director had coverage arranged by Arc Health right away.

What types of providers and nurses can Arc Health place?

Arc Health places physicians across primary care, emergency medicine, hospitalist, and specialty roles, plus nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, registered nurses, CNAs, allied health professionals, and interim medical directors.

Can locum coverage convert to a permanent hire, and are there placement fees?

Yes. Many facilities use locum coverage to evaluate a provider before offering a permanent role. Once a provider has completed a minimum number of hours, there are no placement fees for transitioning to permanent employment.
