Arc Health is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide essential outpatient primary care services at our tribal partner outpatient facility. - Start May 2026; 12 week assignment with possibility of extending
- Credentialing timeframe 30 days
- 4 10-hour shift schedule with one consistent day off per week; Monday - Friday
- Primary Care for all ages 0+

Location & Population:
Situated approximately 30 miles west of Salem, Oregon, the facility primarily serves local Tribal members. The center is strategically positioned near several referral hospitals, including Willamette Valley Hospital, just 25 miles away with 60 beds, and Salem Health, 35 miles away with 494 beds. For specialized care, patients are referred to hospitals in Portland, Oregon, approximately 75 miles away.
Qualifications
- Must be a board-certified Family Practice/Primary Care
- Must be BLS certified
- Oregon state license required
- Requires a minimum 3 years of experience
- Comfortable seeing all ages
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to Native American culture is required.
