Primary Care & Addiction Medicine Opportunity – Oregon | Travel, Lodging & Malpractice Covered
Arc Health is seeking a Board-Certified Physician with experience in Primary Care and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) to support a Tribal Health program.
Position Overview
This temporary assignment combines outpatient primary care with addiction medicine services, including the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) within a comprehensive Opioid Treatment Program. The physician will work closely with behavioral health providers and clinical leadership to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services and management of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver Opioid Use Disorder treatment, including OTP services and methadone management
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health and multidisciplinary care teams
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical operations
- Provide clinical leadership and consultation to medical staff
- Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
- Ensure compliance with CARF, federal, state, Tribal, and accreditation standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active medical license
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Experience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) required
- Experience with addiction medicine and methadone treatment required
- Psychiatry experience preferred
- Tribal Health experience preferred
