- Broad Scope of Care: Inpatient and outpatient services include medical-surgical, pediatric care, intensive care, women's health, pharmacy, optometry, dental, radiology, and public health nursing.
Community Focus:

Position Details:

A dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide urgent care coverage as the sole provider in the department. This is a unique opportunity to deliver compassionate, culturally humble care in a Tribal community setting.
The FNP will focus primarily on respiratory cases and urgent care visits. Occasional emergency cases may present, but most are stabilized and transported.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct urgent care services, including prevention, education, screening, evaluations, counseling, and treatment.
- Independently assess patient conditions, create care plans, and manage 12–16 patients per day.
- Administer medications and perform procedures in accordance with privileging guidelines.
- Collaborate with other HH and community providers for referrals and continuity of care.
- Ensure timely documentation, follow-up on labs, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support patient safety initiatives and participate in community health programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Master’s degree required).
- Current, unrestricted NP & RN license.
