Arc Health is actively seeking a Full-time pain CRNA to join a highly functional pain management team in Berlin and Colebrook, NH, addressing the increasing clinical demands for services. This role involves providing office-based pain management services to new and established adult patients. Services include medication management, certification for medical cannabis, education/counseling, monitoring of medication compliance via PDPM and urine drug screens, minor procedures, and referral to CRNA colleagues for interventions or other specialized services.

Practice Highlights:

• Minor procedures, including trigger point injections, joint injections, occipital blocks, cold ablation (Iovera), and Botox for headaches or chronic pain. Ultrasound guidance may be used for selected procedures, and training will be provided if necessary.
• Opportunity to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with X waiver (not required).
• Infrequent consultation for inpatients and ED patients in rotation with team members.
• FTE: 0.8 to 1.0 (preference for 0.8 to start)
• Rotating Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
• Appointment durations will allow for orientation to facilities and EMR initially and will be adjusted over time to match standards for all pain providers.

Seeking a board-certified General Surgeon seeking a fulfilling, community-focused role that allows you to practice a broad scope of general surgery. We’re currently looking for a full-time (4.0 or 4.5 days/week) General Surgeon to partner with a part-time general surgeon and a dedicated per diem team. This role offers a well-rounded general surgery practice in a small-hospital setting, with the opportunity to perform both operative (open and laparoscopic) and endoscopic procedures, as well as provide office-based consults, minor procedures, and follow-up care.

• Deliver comprehensive surgical care to patients of all ages
• Manage a wide range of common general surgery conditions including hernias, gallbladder disease, colon screening, skin and breast lesions, hemorrhoids, diverticulitis, and more
• Perform minor office procedures and surgical interventions

Arc Health is seeking a full-time (4 day or 5 day/week) Neurologist to join a high functioning team in northern New Hampshire. Provides office-based general neurology services to new and established patients (age 16+), including medication management, education and counseling of patients and families, ordering diagnostic tests, referral to related other specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine) locally, referral to subspecialty neurologists at tertiary care centers, and communication with PCP’s.  +$300k base plus+++ loads of benefits!

• Special clinical interests/expertise to complement those of current neurologist and expand scope of services to our region. For example, clinical interests/expertise in one or more of the following: headaches, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, extrapyramidal syndrome, stroke, epilepsy, dementia, and EEG’s.
• Ability to interpret EEG studies desirable but not required.
• Does not need ability to perform or interpret NCS/EMG studies. Based on current provider’s expertise in this area and capacity to perform and interpret more NCS/EMG’s as ordered by a second neurologist, AVH would prefer new neurologist does not have/need to utilize such skills.
• Ability to perform Botox injections desirable but not required.
• Team oriented, collaborative, and patient focused. High level of customer service (patient satisfaction) is expected.

Additional job information:

• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Appointment durations would begin at 40-60 minutes to allow for orientation to site and its EMR. At an appropriate time (usually 2-4 weeks), appointment durations would be reduced to match standards for neurologists, i.e., 20 minutes for established patients and 60 minutes for new patients.
• Typical productivity (based on usual mix of new and established patients) will be 12 to 16 patients per day. In general, 2 to 4 new patients per day.
• Time for interpretation of diagnostic tests (e.g., EEG) is provided. However, administrative time is generally not provided at the specialty practice.
• Locations of care/schedule (specific days of week to be determined by facility at time of negotiation of physician employment agreement or commencement of employment, based on available space and operational needs at each site). Generally, sites are about an hour apart and would require travel 1-2 days per week on average.
