Compensation: Base compensation based on experience ($75,000 - $125,000) with unlimited incentive upside based on performance

Overview:
Arc Health is committed to transforming rural healthcare in America by ensuring access to quality health professionals and strengthening rural health systems. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development team member to lead the growth of our services within rural and underserved areas, with a primary focus on developing new partnerships with healthcare facilities.
This position is a vital component of our strategy to expand our reach and impact. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the executive leadership team, including the CEO, COO, CMO, CNO and Vice President of Operations. We are seeking a highly self-motivated business development team member who prides themselves on work ethic and integrity. The ideal candidate should be capable and confident in meeting expectations, with the ability to generate new business and carry out the necessary sales activities to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Development:
- Gain a deep understanding of Arc Health’s ethos, business model, and service capabilities to identify and pursue business opportunities.Focus on establishing new partnerships with Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), private hospitals, clinics, and other underserved facilities.
- Pipeline Development and Outreach:
- Create and maintain a database of potential partners, prioritizing opportunities with a shorter sales cycle.Execute outreach campaigns via phone calls, email and LinkedIn to build an extensive pipeline for new business.Build and nurture initial relationships with decision-makers at healthcare facilities.
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Tailor sales presentations to the unique needs of facilities, considering their services, staffing requirements, and community context.Plan and organize daily schedule to engage potential partners and maintain effective follow-up processes.Effectively close new business agreements across all business lines with market informed pricing that supports overall company growth and impact.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Optimization:
- Analyze industry trends, competitive developments, and regional/national staffing demands to refine outreach strategies.Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing marketing strategies and company policies based on performance metrics and market insights.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, sales progress, and customer interactions.Regularly update management with activity reports, work plans, and success analyses.
Qualifications:
- Proven and effective experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in healthcare or staffing industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and existing relationships with healthcare facilities decision makers, particularly rural or underserved markets, is a large plus.
